The distillation process takes place in a 500-liter copper still, nicknamed Mulan. The main herbs are macerated overnight, while the more delicate ones pass through an infusion chamber, and the aromas are then refined in a six-plate distillation column before final condensation. Key ingredients include Mongolian juniper, goji berries, Sichuan pepper, and various citrus fruits, as well as six other secret ingredients. One variant, Mandarin Gin, also includes mandarin zest. The attention to detail extends to the bottle design, which evokes the famous Chinese porcelain vases.
