The Progresiva de Vigia Mezcla 13 Rum was the first Premium Rum created after the Cuban revolution and in the beginning the numbered bottles were donated to the Heads of State and to some lucky ones chosen by the Cuban regime
The increase in demand has forced producers to add a winery in addition to the original located in Havana. 

The Vigia winery gets its name from its location near the Finca Vigia (meaning Lookout) near the village of Nauyu.

To the eyes of an intense and luminous honey color, the smells are strong, full of tropical fruit and slightly saline. In the glass the drink is succulent and fruity, spicy notes accompany saline tips already perceived on the nose, a rum of considerable complexity that accompanies us affectionately and always recommends another glass.
