It comes from Corvina Veronese grapes and with Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested manually during the first days of October. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in steel under controlled temperature conditions. Refine for a few months in steel before being bottled.
Intense ruby red color with purple veins. On the nose it releases notes of red fruits, enriched by balsamic and cocoa notes on the finish. In the mouth it is characterized by a fresh, soft and satisfying taste.
Excellent to accompany rich first courses, it can be associated with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
