Bila Haut blanc is a white wine produced with Grenache Balnc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu grapes from calcareous and clayey soils. The vinification of the Chapoutier Michel Bila-Haut blanc is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the aging lasts a few months, in the same containers, to maintain all the freshness and improve the minerality of the wine. The result is a disengaged and young white, perfect for pre-dinner or light meals.
