Uve: Cabernet Franc 65%, Sangiovese 35% Aging: minimum 20 months in 3.5hL tonneau for the Cabernet Franc, 20hL barrels for the Sangiovese.
Refinement in the bottle minimum 6 months.
Pairings: to combine with red meats, grilled or roasted meats, also indicated with aged hard cheeses.
