Penderyn, the only distillery opened in Wales located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The distillery uses a unique distillation system: a single copper pot still connected to two distillation columns.
Release produced in only 323 bottles; aged in American ex bourbon oak barrels and aged for at least another 3 years in Angialis sweet wine barrels from the Sardinian winery of Argiolas.
With the scent of apples, white grapes, orange peel and apricots; the flavor is sweet and warm with notes of pears, vanilla, pepper and spices; on the final hints of caramel with notes of cocoa and hints of oak.
