This 12 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is born from a careful distillation of barley malt, selected by the team of the Dalmore distillery in order to start from a raw material of absolute quality. At the end of the particularly accurate and careful distillation process, conducted by the Master Distiller Robert Paterson, we proceed with an aging of 12 years in American white oak barrels that ex Bourbon, but during the last 3 years 50% of the mass in refinement rests in barrels that contained former Sherry Oloroso. 

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey has an amber color, strong and intense. The olfactory spectrum traces a rich and varied aromatic profile, in which spicy and buttery notes are enriched with hints of coffee. On the palate it is full-bodied, harmonious, with a sip characterized by a sweetish taste, which also recalls more citrus touches. A label born among the unique landscapes of the Scottish Highlands, particularly suitable for expert palates.
