A Single Malt in which the fruity notes are made more intense by the "finish" carried out in the Sherry barrels, which also give the distillate tertiary and refined nuances. It's a really cool Irish Whiskey!

Intense amber to the eye. The nose reveals different olfactory hints, reminiscent of melon, raisins and vanilla. Hints of boisé complete the bouquet. The mouth is initially fruity, then migrating towards aromas of sweet spices and milk chocolate. Long persistence and a fruity aftertaste again.
