After the initial period of aging in ex-bourbon barrels, the Single Malt is further aged in 500-litre barrels which previously contained Sherry.
The result is a Highland Single Malt Scotch with strong aromas of toffee, apple, dried fruit and gingerbread. On the palate it is enveloping and creamy with hints of dates that accompany the long and persistent finish.
