The culinary culture, especially in Italy, is of fundamental importance which must be defended and protected.

Many of the ingredients used daily in the kitchen retain only the name of the original product, while they no longer have the organoleptic, nutritional and gastronomic characteristics. They are reduced to meaningless signifiers. Industrial production and the abuse of synthetic chemistry in the field have distanced food from its essence, which is instead peasant and natural. But fortunately there are still dense, real and honest, virgin products, carefully prepared by people who love themselves, their work, the taste.
