The Paul Giraud vineyard is located in Bouteville, a town located in the heart of Grande Champagne. This village, nestled in the valleys of premier cru cognac, is renowned for the finesse of its brandy. At the head of an old stock of old cognacs accumulated over several generations, the Giraud family produces exceptional cognacs. The finesse and aromatic strength of its brandy have conquered the largest establishments in the world. From father to son, generations follow one another at the helm of this property which includes 42 hectares of vineyards planted in the heart of Grande Champagne. From cultivation to distillation, Paul Giraud favors ancestral know-how to best serve the expression of his terroir through authentic cognacs that are not obtained from blends.
