Single Malts of Scotland
Single Malt of Scotland is a new brand of Scotch bottling produced by the selector Elixir Distillers, already known for Elements of Islay and Port Askaig. The beating heart of Elixir Distiillers is Sukhinder Singh, owner of The Whiskey Exchange in London and whiskey collector. Sukhinder is supported by his historic selector and taster, Oliver Chilton.The search for the best Scotch whiskey casks has always been at the heart of the team's philosophy. Since 2002, selections from these whiskeys have been released as The Single Malts of Scotland, a range of high-profile vintage single malt Scotch whiskeys selected for their individual quality and character. In addition to the classic single cask collection, Single Malts of Scotland also includes Sukhinder Singh's hand-picked Director's Special series, as well as two small-batch collections: the accessible Reserve Casks and the more mature Marriage of Casks.
