Agricolavinica

Agricolavinica was born in 2007 from an idea of shared ideals, enhancement of a territory and respect for nature of the owner and producer Rodolfo Gianserra and Giuseppe Tudino administrator of the company.
The intent was to develop an eco-sustainable organic farming project in a high hill area of Molise; uncultivated and abandoned lands that had been abandoned for decades, with ancient and documented centuries-old wine vocation, are returning to bear fruit.
The name of the winery is the synthesis of the passion for agriculture and the acronym of the owner's three children in birth order: Vittorio, Nicholas and Carola. All the hills of the Costa Bianca of Ripalimosani where Agricolavinica stands were home to farmers' vineyards in past centuries until the advent of the world wars and the sad exodus that then characterized the Molise hinterland in the immediate postwar period. Along with vines, the farm grows olive groves, fruit and vegetables covering a total area of 220 hectares. Over the past 10 years despite the 100 hectares of forests already on the farm, we have still improved the CO2 reserve by continuing to plant forests, orchards and hazelnut groves for an additional 20 hectares.
All vineyards are now surrounded by an ecosystem that nurtures biodiversity and eco-sustainability of the environment.
Farming is completely organic without any irrigation system (dry farming). Above all, this allows the root system of the vineyards to descend deep in search of the aquifers in which our territory is extremely rich and then to bring all this richness of scents and flavors to the grapes.
Just as nature marks time, Agricolavinica has succeeded in going along with it, giving rise to an excellent production of wines and other products. We believe that the vine and its territory are in symbiosis and need respect and continuous care without forcing. The company works with conservative cultivation techniques and only with the use of natural products.
