La Scolca
La Scolca is one of the historic estates in the Gavi area. The property was purchased by the Soldati family in 1919 and is now managed by Chiara Soldati, the fourth generation of passionate winemakers with a love for this land. The winery admirably combines the great traditions and savoir-faire of the past with a focus on innovation and a desire to continually improve the quality of its production, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
