Pierre Vallet
The story begins around 1830 with Augustin Vallet and his 3-hectare vineyard. The property has seen Pierre, Maurice, Louis and Michel succeed one another. In December 2000, Laurent joined his father Michel and grandfather Louis. Thus, for 6 generations, each generation has committed to perpetuating the family tradition, remaining faithful to a common vision.
Independent and owners since 1866, Laurent and Elodie Vallet represent the sixth generation and are fervent bearers of a unique and authentic history. They perpetuate the values and traditions inherited from the past, putting innovation at the service of quality.
When a son joins his father to work together, a portion of the cognac distilled that year is preciously set aside and will only be sold by future generations. Thus in the darkness of our cellar "Paradise" lie bottles of cognac expertly crafted by Pierre and Maurice Vallet. The family cellars have also seen the aging of cognac from 1920 to today. A part of these vintages have been sealed by the BNIC (Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac, the National Interprofessional Organization of Cognac).
