WhiskyFacile

It was 2011 when Jacopo Grosser and Giacomo Bombana, lifelong friends and also united by a common passion for whisky, asked themselves a fundamental question: why do we have to search the web for advice and opinions in English to know if a whisky is good? No sooner said than done. The two founded whiskyfacile.com, the first whisky review blog in Italian. They call it after the song by Fred Buscaglione, because like him “they have easy whisky, they can be criticised, but they are made that way”. Tasting, taking notes, writing tasting notes, studying the best distillate in the world. Meanwhile, the blog grows to almost 2,500 reviewed references. Just as the team grows: Marco Zucchetti and Corrado De Rosa are added, different stories and professions, but the same passion. And the same lightness in talking about whisky, a topic too fun for boring descriptions. Over the years, Whiskyfacile has become an increasingly complete portal for drinkers, with great experience but also beginners, and also a format for the dissemination of this distillate, with many tasting evenings in venues and participation in trade fairs.
