Papalin
Papalin is a project dedicated to blends created by Luca Gargano. The idea was born from the desire to go back to the history of rum at the end of the 1800s, when Jamaican merchants began to make blends, without indicating which distilleries they came from. Tropical blends have gradually disappeared since the 1970s, when distilleries started selling their products: Papalin therefore intends to resume the oldest tradition. The goal is to combine rums from a single island that have been totally produced and aged at the distilleries. The first release is dedicated to Jamaica: Papalin Jamaica.
