A wonderful limited edition produced in single cask with an alcohol content of 58.3 percent that embodies the essence of Caribbean rum culture and the craftsmanship of the Santa Lucia distillery.

The uniqueness of this Single Cask Edition lies not only in its high alcohol concentration, but also in its unique maturation in bourbon barrels, which gives the rum an added dimension of depth and complexity.

Tropical maturation causes the rum to develop more intense aromas while acquiring the sweet vanilla influences of bourbon casks. The combination of fresh fruit, spicy accents and a hint of wood gives Chairman's Reserve Rum extraordinary balance and complexity.

This historic wooden column still is famous for producing powerful, deep and character-rich Demerara rums.
Very few facilities in the world are capable of creating such dense, dark and structured distillates for that reason this is old school rum at its finest! Distilled in 2012, it matured eight years in the tropics in Guyana and since 2020 has continued aging in Europe for six years in a continental climate all in ex-bourbon barrels.

You will be captivated by its notes of caramel, ginger, dried fruit, mango, vanilla all wrapped in a citrusy freshness.
The resultant result is an elaborate with extraordinary depth, richness and elegance in perfect balance!
