50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir
Produced on a vine with clay-limestone soil with south, south-west exposure, approximately 80 years old, Guyot pruning method, slow pneumatic pressing at low pressure. Vinification takes place for 30% in oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks.
Production: 4000 bottles.
Marketing 24 months after bottling.
Balanced and elegant, with an expressive nose, this vintage offers a splendid combination of white fruit aromas and good maturity. Its color, with fine bubbles and light golden reflections, will delight the palate in any circumstance.
