After two interesting releases-the 2006 15 y.o. Tropical Aging and the 2015 5 y.o. Desert Maturation-Beenleigh offers the 2013 Single Vintage, made from molasses wholly produced and processed in Queensland, which was fermented for 3 to 4 days. First distilled in Single Column and then in Pot Still in August and September 2013, this rum was aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels at the distillery in Eagleby, Queensland, then in a tropical climate, with an angel's share of >25%.
Bottled at 59°. A true Australian Spirit, as from 1884 to the present.
