For its 30th release, GotA presents a world premiere: the first full-strength (*cask strength*) Bas-Armagnac ever released by Baron Gaston Legrand.

BGL is the Armagnac producer behind Maison Lhéraud. Their classic Bas-Armagnac at 40% vol. has always been highly regarded for its elegance and approachability; this time, however, we wanted to preserve the typical character of Gascony intact, without any alteration. We chose a 1986 vintage: distilled in December of that year, it aged for 39 years in barrel No. 32 and was bottled exactly as it came out of the barrel, at its natural alcohol content of 47.1%.

A spirit that will leave you with wonderful sensations thanks to its well-defined notes of grape pomace, hints of Catalan cake, varnish, oriental spices, and macerated fruit...if we can give you one piece of advice, it’s this: don’t miss out on it!!!
