This version of the line draws its inspiration from Hermes, the Greek god and messenger of the Olympian deities, for its creativity and immediacy. A fresh and energetic cuvée that reflects the richness and minerality of our volcanic soils, which give Hermes Diactoros II a kaleidoscope of intense sensations to discover on the palate.
Bright golden-yellow in color, it has a floral aroma with notes of ripe exotic fruit, citrus zest, white pepper, magnolia, aromatic herbs, and acacia honey.
From the very first sip, it is enveloping, fresh, and savory, with a long, mineral finish and notes of fruit and acacia blossoms.
