Emidio Pepe’s Pecorino is made from a native Marche grape variety, particularly widespread in the Piceno area; the Pecorino is the latest addition to the Pepe lineup. The result is a wine of great depth and texture, whose aging in concrete tanks seems to soften its sharpest edges. An impeccable and unexpected debut that immediately evokes the grape variety and, above all, the winery’s signature style. Fantastic even now, this white wine will age magnificently.
