Amari
Amaro is an Italian tradition and each region and area interprets it in its own way and in a different way.
It is part of our culture and our way of living the table, it is a category rich in regional traditions that are linked to the diversity of our territory. They are produced by infusing spices, fruits or flowers in a neutral distillate which is then generally sweetened. There are more or less sweet bitters, there are balsamic bitters, spicy bitters.
Furthermore, the use of bitters in cocktail bars is increasingly popular, where instead of being served neat, they are often used to create tasty and innovative cocktails.
