With the Gargano Classification for the first time the different types of rum are classified mainly on the basis of the distillation method, creating the category of Pure Single Rums, equivalent to the Scottish Single Malts. Hence the idea of creating an educational range, in collaboration with the best distillers in the world, by bottling the different white and aged expressions of distillery rum coming exclusively from pot stills.
