Gin is a very popular distillate, thanks also to its enormous versatility. It is produced by the distillation of botanicals, including necessarily juniper, infused in alcohol. In recent years it has undoubtedly been the distillate of the moment with an explosion of brands and distilleries around the world.

Among the thousands of Gins that have appeared on the market in recent years, some have stood out for the quality and originality of their recipes that enhance native and unusual botanicals. Indeed, today it is not uncommon to find excellent Japanese Gins with Yuzu or Shiso leaves and complex Italian Premium Gins with olive leaves to accompany the more classic London Dry Gins and the historic Dutch Gins.
