Les Vins Pirouettes

Les Vins Pirouettes is a collective that brings together around twenty independent Alsatian winemakers who share the same vision of organic agriculture or the biodynamic approach.

The philosophy behind Les Vins Pirouettes is simple: each winemaker takes care of and takes care of their own vineyards and vinifies their own grapes within their cellar. By joining the collective you guarantee the structure of a network of exchange of savoir faire with other winemakers, contacts and preservation of the nature around you.

The different Domaines that make up this collective cover an area that goes from the north to the south of Alsace and work on different soils which, thanks to the different varieties cultivated, give life to unique expressions that represent the terroir of the winery. Alsace, in fact, demonstrates a great variety of geological compositions ranging from granite to sandstone to limestone which are interpreted by winemakers with sensitivity and mastery. Among the main cultivated varieties we find those vines, such as Gewurztraminer, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Pinot noir, Muscat, Sylvaner, Riesling, which have made Alsatian wines famous.
