Mezcal Alipús San Juan is a young white mezcal made from Agave Angustifolia Haw de Capón grown on a steep high-mountain slope, which results in less sun exposure and no waterlogging. It is double-distilled in copper stills and fermented in tall, conical oak vats. 

Alipús San Juan mezcal is colorless and light in tone. It stands out due to the growing conditions of the agave plant—which thrives in orange and white soils—and its long fermentation process, which brings out fruity notes in the flavor profile.
