The medium-heavy clay soils in the subzone "Girlan" as in Egna and in the subzone "Mazon" in the Bassa Atesina, the hot climate in the summer with considerable temperature fluctuations and the mild climate in the winter best favor the growth of Gewürztraminer. The different altitudes of the vineyard sites contribute to the harmonious and joyful flavor of this wine.

Harvesting is done manually in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle crushing and racking by natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturation on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

A fine, intense aroma, supported by a strong but harmonious body at the same time, characterize this wine. The "nouvelle cuisine" offers many opportunities to enhance the characteristics of this wine.
