1 Btl Foursquare Rum Distillery Absolutio

Joining the incredibly popular Foursquare-Velier collaboration series is the new Foursquare Absolutio, a 12-year double-matured single blended rum that spent 10 years in ex-Bourbon and 5 years in ex-Port.

The new expression was bottled in February 2024 and sports an ABV of 62%, with only 4,800 bottles released.

The name Absolutio, decided by the mind of the Foursquare Distillery Richard Seale, stands for "Completeness, perfection...beyond which it is not possible to reach!"

3 Btl Capoarso Perricone Pellegrino

Capoarso was born from a rigorous selection of vineyards suited to the cultivation of Perricone. From a particularly dry and dry territory, a red with a rustic and savory taste, with spicy and balsamic aromas.

Intense and brilliant red colour. On the nose it has a slight spiciness accompanied by the scent of violets and sweet balsamic notes. On the palate it is rustic, savory and with a good tannic texture. Ideal in combination with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses or a plate of grilled meat.
