Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a whiskey born in Japan, owned by Beam-Suntory, in a distillery in the mountain forests of Suntory, immersed in the depths of Mount Kaikomagatake. Hakushu Single Malt Whiskey is fresh and delicately smoky, with herbaceous notes, making it the revelation of Japanese single malts.

It's no surprise that Hakushu is a "green and fresh" whisky, as it comes directly from the pristine forests and fresh, fresh waters of the mountains of the Southern Japanese Alps. Keizo Saji, is the second master blender in the family, having inherited his father's quest to push the boundaries of what a Japanese whiskey can be and can become.
