The 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Fieramonte is absolutely captivating, with a minty bouquet that mixes the spice box of cedar with cloves, dried blood orange and cinnamon-dusted black cherries. On the palate it is elegant and perfectly silky, with a core of vigorous acidity perfectly balancing a dense surge of ripe red fruits. The persistence is incredibly long, with tannins that punctuate the wine without slowing its momentum. Fieramonte 2015 is splendid today, but also full of potential and we are sure it will guarantee unique ageing!
