Clairin

Haiti is the last frontier of rum and the "Clairin" are the rums of Haiti. There are 532 functioning stills on the island, when in the whole Caribbean there are only 42 still smoking distilleries. 

 Biodiversity in Haiti is enormous. Each region has its own production tradition, specific cane varieties, and each Clairin with its distinctive aromaticity.

A territory therefore still to be discovered in all its facets!!!
