The Mas La Chevalière Chardonnay 2023 has a bright straw yellow color, which reflects the youth and liveliness of the wine. On the nose, the bouquet is fruity and fresh, with intense notes of white fruit such as green apple and pear, accompanied by citrus nuances of lemon and grapefruit. Added to these are floral hints of wildflowers and a delicate mineral component, reminiscent of wet stone and chalk, typical of the calcareous soils of Languedoc. In the mouth, the wine reveals a vibrant freshness and a creamy texture, with a clear and decisive attack. The flavor is dry and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity that supports the notes of white fruit and a light sensation of butteriness, the result of prolonged contact with the yeasts.
