It is the only appellation in Burgundy based on Sauvignon Blanc which is usually grown in the Loire Valley or the South West. Behind its light gold color, Saint Bris hides aromas of citrus, blackcurrant, licorice and apple peel. The flavor is mineral, medium-bodied, dry and very delicate on the palate.
