The vineyards are located entirely in the territory of the Municipality of Gavi, the most famous of the vineyard areas of the entire production area. The hills are mainly made up of calcareous clay soil, sandy marl and very fine silt which give the wine a structure characterized by a large concentration of mineral salts and allow a rapid expression of the bouquet. The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The intense and fine, fruity and floral aroma recalls golden apples and green almonds. The scent of chamomile flowers is clear. The taste is elegant, harmonious and persistent, sapid, with balanced mineral notes.
