Obtained from an assembly of 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, half of it ages in barriques for about 12 months, the other half in stainless steel tanks for 12 months and then followed by assembly and bottling with rest a few months before being put on the market. Ideal on grilled red meats, roasts and game.
