The maceration process takes place on the skins followed by low-temperature fermentation. This blend combines the Gascon character of Tannat with the roundness of Merlot. The tannins are however very soft, coming from old vines. A round and easy-drinking wine, it has an intense ruby ​​color. On the nose it gives strong notes of red berries and undergrowth that are reflected on the palate without ever being invasive but rather denoting an excellent balance. A companion red suitable for accompanying white meats or cured meats.
