Sol Lui La Scolca is a refined white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and Piedmontese varietals, expressing the essence of Gavi and the historic elegance of La Scolca. Made from Sauvignon Blanc and other estate-grown white varietals, it undergoes cold maceration and aging on the lees, resulting in a wine of great balance and finesse. A bright straw yellow, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers and lively citrus notes. Fresh on the palate, with a pleasant savory finish and an elegant, lingering finish. Perfect with light appetizers, fish and vegetable first courses, fish and white meat second courses. Excellent as an aperitif.
