From a sensorial point of view, Mazzalùa expresses itself with a gently acidic taste note, enriched by a fruity touch caressed by a natural softness, evident in the sweetness of the grape must. The four founding members have invested perseverance, resources and research to eliminate the typical instability of vinegar and make the most of the must within the Mazzalùa blend. To complete the drink, a lively touch of carbon dioxide (CO2) is added, which acts both as a natural preservative and an element of joy, thanks to the vibrant and playful foam that forms.

The color is bright straw yellow decorated with fine bubbles; the sense of smell evokes varietal notes of wine vinegars aged in wood; scent of grape must, white flowers, raspberry, strawberry. On the palate it is creamy, lively, fresh. Pleasantly soft and harmoniously honeyed.
