Cirelli's Cerasuolo in Anfora is made from pure Montepulciano from the province of Teramo. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand, and after destemming, the must is transferred to amphorae, where alcoholic fermentation will be initiated through a previously prepared pied de cuve and started with indigenous yeasts. Maceration on the skins is extremely short, lasting only six hours, while aging takes place in amphorae and lasts about 12 months. Malolactic fermentation is carried out naturally during the aging period.

It expresses itself in the glass with an intense pink color and great vitality. The nose is all played on fresh and crisp sensations, which first see cherry peeping out followed in succession by citrus and pomegranate lashings. Such a jovial profile immediately entices the sip, which turns out to be a perfect match for what was perceived earlier. Dynamic and flowing, the liquid is a millimetric compendium of freshness and savoriness, making it a pliant ally of the daily table, to be spent even on oriental cuisine.
