Poggio al Tesoro's Bolgheri Rosato DOC "Cassiopea" was born in the Le Sondraie vineyard, in the heart of the Bolgheri area and is obtained from hand-harvested Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Fermented in stainless steel, matured on fine lees and aged for a further month in the bottle before being marketed, it is a light and dynamic wine, perfect for an aperitif.

Rosy color, with violet reflections. The nose is expressed with hints of blackberry and raspberry and spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, satisfying and balanced.
