The Selected Series Deep Water is a collection of rums from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.

Both rums are column distilled, giving a more refined taste and aged for up to 12 years in old ex Bourbon barrels.

The main taste notes are vanilla, caramel, molasses, red berries.
