Vittorio "Gianni" Capovilla is a great distiller, farmer, explorer, always looking for the best varieties of fruit to be able to distill. For this distillate, the mountain black cherries, coming from a small farm in the Verona area, are transported to his Rosà distillery, near Bassano Del Grappa, where they are transformed into a puree and begin their fermentation in an absolutely natural way. The fermented product is slowly distilled twice in a Muller discontinuous copper alembic, created by the German manufacturer to Vittorio Capovilla's own specifications. It should be enjoyed as per the oldest tradition, at the end of a meal, perhaps to honor special moments. For those who want to dare, 2 or 3 drops are enough on a dessert or to perfume raw fish, or to clearly mark a cocktail.
