Ceres Anesidora I is the result of a careful selection of the finest Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Dedicated to the Roman goddess of agriculture, who bestowed strength, fertility, and abundance upon the soil. In this cuvée, the vitality of the vineyards is skillfully channeled and concentrated to produce a sumptuous wine with great personality. For us, it is the perfect embodiment of the Super Roman!
A vibrant, intense ruby red. The nose is broad and deep, with notes of ripe fruit, currants, and blackberries, as well as sweet spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa, and vanilla
On the palate, it is bold and powerful, enveloping and highly elegant, with dense, silky tannins that exhibit elegant harmony and persistence, accompanied by a light, savory mineral finish; its smoothness comes from aging in fine-grained oak.
