The bitter orange peels that make up the Amaro Amara, enriched by the aromatic scents of Etna, acquire a new identity following an aging of 12 months in barrels that contained the emblematic and precious Rum Caroni.

A gradual, careful and accurate procedure that gives life to 3865 bottles of Amara Caroni, a unique liqueur of its kind for its authenticity and originality.

On the slopes of Etna, inside a unique cellar made entirely of lava stone, the characteristic citrus notes of Amara are enriched in softness, roundness and velvety aroma released by the oak wood of which the Caroni barrels are made.
