Yuntaku was born from a careful research between the Italian tradition of digestive amaro and the culture of Japanese taste. It took two years of careful research and experiments to arrive at this exclusive recipe, in which tradition blends with new and unknown tastes. The main ingredient is goya, also called bitter melon, a typical Okinawa vegetable that stands out for its antidiabetic, antioxidant and digestive properties. The other ingredients are traditional oriental spices and flowers: galangal, Sichuan pepper, ginger, jasmin tea, sour cherry, hibiscus and green cardamom. Designed to be served smooth or with ice after a Japanese or fusion meal, Yuntaku is also excellent for mixing, and offers a completely new taste experience.
