It is an eternal and precious pact with the earth that binds I Barisèi to the family's land, cultivated for generations; the result of this association is a wine with a citrus scent that envelops like a breath of sea breeze.

Tenuous straw yellow, the nose expresses itself with great cleanness, scents of apple, fresh almond, Amalfi sfusato lemon, mint; the palate continues the refreshing journey, lime and excellent saline trail are noted. Medium-bodied wine with good persistence, drinkability is extreme.

Suitable for every occasion and company, it proudly accompanies a wide variety of aperitifs as well as more challenging preparations, especially freshwater fish.
