Grapes destined for the production of our Curtefranca Bianco Doc come from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta. Harvested by hand in small crates. Guyot training system.
Vinification takes place by soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18/20°C. Maturation in steel in contact with its own yeasts by performing battonnage. Filtration followed by bottling.
Firm straw yellow with light green hues and a pleasant sheen. Pleasant olfactory opening of ripe white fruit and, at the same time, dense and complex; hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is enveloping, consistent and supported by the right acidity. Long finish dominated by remarkable sapidity and persistence.
Curtefranca Bianco Doc goes well with fish dishes and delicate appetizers.
