The Collectors Series Rum No 20 is a rum from Trinidad, specifically from the now closed Ten Cane distillery.
Ten Cane was a premium light rum brand from Trinidad owned by LVMH. Moët Hennessy introduced Ten Cane in 2005. Production ceased in 2015. Ten Cane rum takes its name from the tradition of hand-picking and bunching sugarcane stalks into groups of ten.
The product is obtained from fresh sugar cane juice. It is fermented for 5 days and then distilled in a small still.
